Abba Medix Corp (Abba) is a licensed producer located in Pickering, Ontario. Abba focuses on the distribution of a wide variety of premium medical cannabis products for medical customers seeking safe solutions for their routine or complex health and wellness needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding our medical patients and assisting them through their journey with medical cannabis. The focus will be on providing exceptional customer care to both internal and external customers by always ensuring customer satisfaction through multiple channels of communication. 

·       Responsible for registering new and renewal clients, daily, and ensuring accuracy of information

·       Responsible for meeting a 95% accuracy level on client data entered in Ample

·       Responsible for meeting and or exceeding registration metrics set up by Supervisor

·       Establish and maintain a maximum level of customer satisfaction

·       Maintain 100% confidentiality with company and client information

·       Responsible for registering and renewing clients to ensure we are meeting daily/monthly targets

·       Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

·       Providing support to the Care Team on daily tasks, such as Emails and VAC Approvals.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires extreme attention to detail.
